Facing a major tendering process for its food & beverage business as well as for
the convenience shops, Bergen Airport asked Alan Bork to assist in creating
the tender strategy, preparing the tender documents as well as participate in the
evaluation process leading to the final decision of awarding the contracts.
The
work also included an audit and benchmark of the current convenience and
food & beverage business.
